Harry Potter actress Scarlett Byrne announced that she had welcomed twins with her husband, Cooper Hefner.The 31 year old actress and the son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner are already parents to 19 month old daughter Betsy and announced they were expecting two more arrivals on Thanksgiving last year. And taking to her Instagram account on Tuesday, Scarlett revealed that her home was "full of love" after welcoming two more daughters to her brood. Sharing a snap of herself holding the newborn in her arm while in hospital with Cooper by her side, Scarlett added a loving caption as she revealed their names.
