ET has a first look at Zac Efron’s transformation into Chickie Donohue, a man who felt as though he wasn’t doing enough to support his friends while they were away fighting in the war. So, he decides to pack up cases of beer -- and himself -- and make the trek from New York to Vietnam to give his buddies a couple of cold ones.

Zac Efron has finally addressed why his face looks different as he opened up about plastic surgery rumours. The High School Musical star, 34, has denied going under the knife, and instead revealed that his changing face is actually because of a freak accident at home. Zac explained that slipping on a sock while running inside his house caused him to shatter his jaw and chin on a granite fountain.

Zac Efron says shattering his jaw put him at the centre of plastic surgery rumours last year. The 34-year-old actor finally revealed what caused his facial transformation in 2021 in a cover interview for the October 2022 issue of Men’s Health magazine. He said he swelled up and had muscles going into overdrive after he broke his jaw so badly after running in the house with socks on, slipping, and bashing his chin against the granite corner of a fountain, that he woke from unconsciousness to find his “chin bone was hanging off his face”.

Zac Efron found himself in a Khloé Kardashianesque internet frenzy last year with people convinced he had a “new face.” As cosmetic surgery rumors ran wild, the actor had no idea- until his mom called him to ask. Efron was just trying to promote an Earth Day special from Bill Nye when the speculation began. Screenshots of his face started going viral, with people making guesses about all the work he has gotten done.

Zac Efron is taking a new approach to fitness. The actor, 34, told Men’s Health magazine that he is no longer interested in maintaining the body he had in 2017 for "Baywatch." "That ‘Baywatch’ look, I don't know if that's really attainable.There's just too little water in the skin," he told the outlet. "Like, it's fake, it looks CGI'd.

Zac Efron put his body through hell to achieve the chiseled look he had in the 2017 film . And while his Adonis-like body may have been aesthetically pleasing, it's a process he never wants to revisit ever again.The 34-year-old actor opened up for the October issue of  and revealed that the training regimen was so intense, he ultimately developed a bout with depression and insomnia. He went to such great lengths to achieve the look, Efron said part of his training regimen also required «powerful diuretics,» colloquially known as water pills, which help the body get rid of excess water and sodium.«That  look, I don't know if that's really attainable,» he tells the outlet.

Ruben Ostlund, the Swedish director of the Palme d’Or winning film Triangle of Sadness that should have marked a breakthrough in the career of co-star Charlbi Dean, has posted a touching tribute to the actor-model who died of an as-yet undisclosed sudden illness on Monday.

Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Swedish director Ruben Ostlund has reacted to the sudden death of Charlbi Dean, the star of his Palme d’Or winning film “Triangle of Sadness.” Ostlund posted an emotional tribute on social media, saying her death was “a shock and a tragedy.” “It is an honor to have gotten to know and work with her. Charlbi had a care and sensitivity that lifted her colleagues and the entire film crew,” Ostlund wrote. “The thought that she will not be by our side in the future makes me very sad,” the director continued.  The up-and-coming South African actor, who died on Monday in New York from an unexpected illness, had a breakthrough performance in “Triangle of Sadness” which was about to begin its theatrical roll-out around the world. After winning the top prize at the Cannes Film Festival, “Triangle of Sadness” will make its North American premiere at Toronto and will play at the New York Film festival. Neon will release it in the U.S. on Oct. 8.

Triangle of Sadness – has died at the age of 32.As Deadline reports, Dean died on Monday (August 29) in New York from what has been described as an “unexpected sudden illness”. Further details surrounding her death have not been disclosed.Born Charlbi Dean Kriek in Cape Town in 1990, she began modelling at the age of six and made her acting debut in 2010 in the film Spud.
