Halyna Hutchins' Husband Hires Law Firm Ahead of Possible Wrongful Death Lawsuit

The family of Madison Dubiski has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Travis Scott and firms involved in the Astroworld Festival, where the 23-year-old woman died. The lawsuit, obtained by Fox News, names Live Nation, Scoremore, ASM Global, Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation, Valle Services and Scott's company, Cactus Jack, as defendants.  The lawsuit accuses Scott and the companies of negligence that resulted in Madison's death.

Halyna Hutchins' husband has retained legal representation and reportedly plans to file a wrongful death suit following the accidental shooting incident on the set of "Rust."  Hutchins was killed on the set of the indie-western in New Mexico on Oct. 21 after a gun that was being held by actor Alec Baldwin somehow went off, firing a live round that killed the cinematographer and wounded director Joel Souza.
