BTS almost didn’t perform at the ceremony.In the latest episode of Rolling Stone’s Rolling Stone Music Now podcast, Grammys executive producers and showrunners Ben Winston and Raj Kapoor spoke about several behind-the-scenes secrets of this year’s ceremony.One incident that happened behind-the-scenes was that K-pop group BTS were nearly unable to perform due to positive COVID-19 tests from some members. They also recalled how the boyband were unable to rehearse with all seven members until a day before the ceremony.“There were times when we were worried they weren’t gonna be able to be here,” Winston revealed.

Justin Bieber, Daniel Caesar and Giveon brought their hit collaboration ‘Peaches’ to the Grammys 2022 tonight (April 3).The track featured on Bieber’s 2021 album ‘Justice’ and is still in the running for Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year tonight.Bieber began the performance solo, playing a slowed down, stripped back version of ‘Peaches’ at a white piano.Midway through, he got up from the instrument as a sped-up, full-band rendition kicked in and Giveon Caesar joined the singer on stage. During the 2022 GRAMMY Awards on Sunday, the «Sweetest Pie» artists stepped onstage to present Olivia Rodrigo with the Best New Artist award while wearing matching Versace.The pair stunned in the same black dress and shiny leggings, with both woman accessorizing with oversized safety pins and chunky jewelry.The matching moment was a cute bit as Megan joked, «Not you stole my look!» Dua responded, «I was told I had the exclusive – I have to have a talk with Donatella.» After the women stepped onstage, Donatella Versace joined them to personalize each of their looks. The designer removed the bottom of Dua's dress, turning it into a mini-dress.

Lady Gaga took to the Grammys 2022 stage in Las Vegas tonight (April 3) to give a performance of ‘Love For Sale’ and ‘Do I Love You’.The pop star is nominated at the awards show this year for her collaborative album with Tony Bennett, ‘Love For Sale’.Gaga performed the title track from the record as well as one of the pair’s other collaborations from the album, ‘Do I Love You’. While she was singing the latter, footage of her and her collaborator was shown on a screen behind her.Bennett was unable to attend the ceremony because of his health issues.

Silk Sonic opened the Grammys 2022 tonight (April 3) with a performance of their track ‘777’.The duo, comprised of Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, are nominated for four awards at the awards show this year and have already won two at the premiere ceremony.Silk Sonic were given trophies for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song, both for ‘Leave The Door Open’ at the earlier event. Later, they will be in the running for Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year for the same track.For their performance, the pair were joined by an extensive backing band, while Mars played guitar and .Paak played drums.

Grammys 2022 takes place tonight (April 3) in Las Vegas, with performances from the likes of Silk Sonic, BTS, Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo and more lined up.The main bulk of the awards will be handed out at the pre-telecast ceremony, which will be broadcast on the Grammys website and YouTube channel.Then, at 8pm EST (1am BST), the main ceremony will air and hand out the biggest trophies of the night, including Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Album Of The Year and Best New Artist.Going into the event, Jon Batiste leads the nominations with 11 nods, while Justin Bieber follows on eight. Doja Cat, Rodrigo, and Billie Eilish all have seven nominations each.A tribute to Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins will also be staged following the iconic musician’s death last week (March 25).
