Private Division and Roll7 have announced that OlliOlli World is getting a physical Nintendo Switch version later this month.Revealed today (October 4), boxed Nintendo Switch copies of OlliOlli World will be released on October 28. Physical copies of the skateboarding platformer will cost £16.49, though the box will come with a code for the game rather than a cartridge.While the physical release will be available in the UK, Roll7 is yet to confirm where it will be stocked.A 2D platformer that tasks players with skating through a range of colourful tracks, OlliOlli World originally launched in February and proved popular with fans of the series.

Production of “Die Hart 2: Die Harter” has begun in Atlanta. The series will stream free (with ads) on the Roku Channel but a premiere date has not been set. In “Die Hart” Season 1, which co-starred John Travolta, Hart played a fictionalized version of himself who ultimately achieved his dream of becoming a bona-fide action hero. In the second season, Hart now wants to cement his legacy as the greatest action star of all time. He’s developed a concept for a revolutionary movie where the action is so unscripted and unexpected that even Kevin won’t know what’s coming next. But Kevin’s vision comes with a blind spot, and he soon finds himself the victim of an evil revenge plot, orchestrated by someone from his past. Pikmin 4 is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch, and will release sometime in 2023.The game was announced during today’s (September 13) Nintendo Direct Stream, alongside a brief trailer. While the trailer really doesn’t give anything much away, series creator Shigeru Miyamoto said that the game would allow fans to experience it from “a new perspective.” The trailer, interestingly, already offers a new perspective on the Pikmin – showing them at ground-level for the first time.“Nintendo Switch has made controlling the game simpler, meaning you can concentrate on the core essence of Pikmin gameplay,” said Miyamoto.

Fall Guys Season 2 has just been announced as a journey into space in the aptly named Satellite Scramble, and sees the beans collaborating with the likes of Star Trek, Alien, and virtual persona Hatsune Miku.A new cinematic trailer has revealed Satellite Scramble with new content on the way including a new season pass with costumes and space-themed rounds to battle through with the aim of holding the crown at the end of the hit battle royale.The residents of the Blunderdome will leave their planet for the first time and explore intergalactic courses, with new challenges to be added. A launch event is planned for the arrival of Season 2: Satellite Scramble which will take place on September 15 and is called Satellite Explorers.Players will be tasked with repairing the Fall Guys satellite by collecting points, with a series of new rewards including in-game currency Kudos, a pattern, a nameplate, a nickname and a backpack costume item all available to attain.One new level style, Tiptoe Finale, sees up to four squads tiptoeing their way across a series of unstable platforms to reach the crown in the middle of the arena to claim victory.

Disney Dreamlight Valley has shown a trailer for a new Toy Story realm coming to the game later this year at the first ever Disney and Marvel Games Showcase.Disney Dreamlight Valley was released earlier this week (September 6) by developer and publisher Dreamloft and immediately smashed the Steam charts, soaring to number one after less than 24 hours. Reviews on Steam suggest that players are particular fans of the game’s comprehensive avatar editor and other customisation options.The game is currently in early access with a full release planned in 2023, and leans heavily into Animal Crossing vibes with a hefty dose of inspiration from the likes of Stardew Valley and The Sims very evident.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns received a new gameplay trailer and release date at last night’s (September 9) Disney and Marvel Games Showcase.The card-based tactical action role-playing game (RPG) will be released on December 2 for PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, with the release date for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch to be confirmed later.Marvel’s Midnight Suns was originally set to release in early 2022, but late last year was pushed back, before receiving an October 7 release date at this year’s Summer Game Fest. The game was then delayed a second time, with promises of a release timeframe before “the end of this fiscal year”, which is March 2023.
