Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has been working up a sweat as she boxes in the gym following her impressive two-stone weight loss. Amy, who rose to fame with her brother and parents in 2013 on the Channel 4 show, took to her social media to show off her trim-down figure. And looking slimmer than ever, the star sported a vest top, leggings and pink boxing gloves as she threw punches and kicks at a personal trainer in the gym.The sweaty TV personality was hard working as she ducked and weaved in the heavy workout session.Taking to social media, Amy shared a series of clips of her workout on Friday, 19 August.
She wrote: "A snippet of our session today," followed by "Wham, bam, thank you Ma'am" and "I was gonna put music over this but quite enjoy the sounds of the punches." Amy concluded: "And that's the last of my boxing and amazing facial expressions for a Friday morning. Until next week!" This comes after Amy was spotted showing off her smaller frame in a summer dress. And although she has shed a huge amount of weight, she's determined to keep going and has even brought her workouts home.
Amy was reportedly left with bloodshot eyes in one of her workout clips just days before. Flicking her eyes from side to side, she wrote: "If these bloodshot eyes and sweat doesn't show hard work and dedication, I don't know what does. Happy Monday." In July, the beauty put together a montage to show how much her body has changed in the past year.The video documented everything from bicep curls and squats to kettlebell swings as she worked up a sweat over a 12-month period.
