Wednesday's instalment of Good Morning Britain descended into chaos as a technical blunder cut a live interview short. Hosts Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid were speaking to Stephen Mulhern via a live video link as he conducted an interview in Hampshire about the Make A Wish Foundation.
