Richard Arnold made a joke on Good Morning Britain about how much airtime he gets on the show. The 52-year-old reporter had to cover some sports news in his entertainment section as Ben Shepherd kept interjecting about the missing facts from his story.
The ‘adlib’ that followed with his co-stars did not go to plan, as Richard got confused about the West Ham colours. “You should get more than 10% of airtime in my view,” the 44-year-old said brightly. Before, Richard quipped: “Bless you Ranvir, well if you stopped talking, I might do.” Laughter could be heard off screen from the crew, as Ranvir composed herself and turned to camera, still smiling to say: “Right, fine.” Before the exchange, the co-hosts were laughing at Richard’s inaccurate sports knowledge.
