Larsen Thompson is quickly taking over the entertainment industry, and we want our Just Jared readers to get an exclusive chance to get to know the quadruple threat even better.
The 21-year-old dancer, model, singer and actress just made her television debut in Netflix‘s The Midnight Club, which debuted earlier in the month.
She plays Julia in the show, the ghost of a founding member of the club at a hospice home where terminally ill teens meet each night to tell sinister stories — and to look for signs of the supernatural from the beyond.
In addition to her eerie new Netflix role, she’s currently working on another spooky project: she’s got a leading role in the Screen Gems horror movie Horrorscope, due out next summer.
Well before her TV and movie projects, Larsen rapidly made a name for herself on the Internet by amassing a huge following across platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and going viral with her dance moves as a dancer in videos for popular songs like “IDFWU” and “Run the World,” garnering millions of views on YouTube.
You might also recognize her from appearances in music videos for the likes of Sia (“The Greatest”), P!nk (“Beautiful Trauma”) and Katy Perry (“Chained to the Rhythm”) – and she’s even danced backup for legends like Janet Jackson and Christina Aguilera.
And as if that wasn’t enough of an incredibly stellar resume, she’s also worked with high fashion brands ranging from Dior to Fendi to Valentino to Marc Jacobs. She’s truly everywhere!

An evening with Peyton Manning and Luke Bryan hosting the CMA Awards – now that might be a country fan's "kind of night." In a promo video for the 56th annual CMA Awards, which will be co-hosted by the former NFL quarterback and the country crooner, Manning and Bryan get into crunch mode to prep for their hosting duties, entering into a "bootcamp." The clip shows the men doing exercises like picture-association with famous country stars, including Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker. In a cheekily executed moment, Manning draws on a white board, as if he's going over a football route showing the direction he would go in if someone were to attack him from the audience, in what was likely a nod to Will Smith's now infamous slap of Chris Rock at the 2022 Academy Awards.

By It takes a certain kind of wisdom to know your calling in life as a child. It takes even more to then make that happen. But watch Iman Benson on screen, and it becomes so clear she knew something at age nine that most people take a lifetime to figure out: This is what she’s meant to do. Mike Flanagan is as sentimental about storytelling as he is about horror, for better and for worse. Sometimes that has led to a unique heartbeat in his work—the aching pain in his landmark Shirley Jackson adaptation “The Haunting of Hill House,” or his dedication to making us see the demons of “The Shining” in a different light with his unfairly maligned feature “Doctor Sleep.” But his latest project, co-created with Leah Fong, shows that affinity getting the better of him.
