Gemma Owen shares peek inside £4m mansion as family throw Love Island-themed party

The Love Island 2022 finalists recently returned to the UK after spending over eight weeks out in Majorca, and they were understandably overjoyed to see their loved ones. Runner-up Gemma Owen, 19, returned to her family mansion in Cheshire to find that her parents, Louise and Michael, had threw her a Love Island-themed party to celebrate her return.
The international dressage rider, who came in second place alongside Luca Bish on the ITV2 dating show, could be seen chatting to her friends and family outside in the garden at her £4m family home as she sat on a yellow beanbag. She posed for a snap outside as she poked fun at the infamous “villa curse” surrounding the yellow beanbag in the Love Island villa.
"Look what's followed me home @ekinsuofficial!” Gemma wrote on Instagram alongside a laughing face emoji, as she made reference to the “curse” that both the Islanders and fans at home were convinced affected anyone that was caught sitting on the beanbag during this year's series. Gemma's famous footballer dad Michael, 42, later joined her on the beanbag for a sweet snap, with the father-of-four telling his fans: "Welcome home @gemowen_1 it's good to have you back!" The Love Island star looked as glamorous as ever in a white cropped satin blouse and denim shorts, which she paired with her trademark Dita Eyewear sunglasses.
