Gemma Collins lifts weights in crop top during 'fabulous' early morning workout

Gemma Collins is continuing her health kick this week, posting a second motivational workout video to Instagram in as many days.The 41 year old former The Only Way is Essex star could be seen in a black crop top and blue gym leggings as she stood in the sun and lifted a pair of red weights. Aiming to inspire her 2.2million Instagram followers to exercise today, she captioned the post: "YOU can do it another fabulous start to the day I hope this video motivates you in some way small changes honeys small changes …." Speaking to the camera, the blonde star who recently lost over 3st, said: "Guys, I'm back at it again this morning, I'm going to work it a bit, nothing is gonna stop me, I am doing my exercises today.

"So, if you want some motivation, today I am gonna show you how to do hammer curls", and she did just that and counted her curls, before saying: "It's so easy". She continued: "And it's great.
Being somebody that suffers PCOS [Polycystic Ovary Syndrome] and an under-active thyroid and looking at a piece of bread and gaining a stone, this is great muscle work, walking, swimming. "I'm just giving you a little introduction to how easy it can be, so if you can get out to the shops and get some of these [weights], you can do this with me".
As she pulled up the weights a few more times, she then came closer to the camera showing off her natural complexion and said: "And that is your motivation for today, "I've got to get ready and go to work now, I've got a bit more exercise to do, but I'm just sending a bit of motivation your way guys".
