Gemma Atkinson gave her loyal followers a glimpse into her morning routine which included stripping off for a freezing ice bath. The Hits Radio host took to Instagram early on Wednesday morning (October 12) as she and her beau Gorka Marquez had a quick coffee before heading out ot their home gym for a training session.
But Gemma, 37, didn't appear to impressed by her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance's choice of channel as the put the TV on in their gorgeous Greater Manchester home. The Bury-born TV and radio star filmed herself sipping her hot drink as Gorka, 34, looked engrossed by what was on the screen.
"It's that time again," she whispered. "Spanish news..." Gemma looked slightly confused as she asked her Spanish-born man: "Why is it showing a meteorite or summat?" He replied: "It's been crashed." A panicked Gemma then asked: "In space? Does it effect Earth?"

And Gemma wasn't happy with Gorka's response as she said: "See, this is why we shouldn't watch the news! Don't need to know that first thing in the morning." It wasn't long before the fitness fan was taking her mind of the space-based news and heading for her morning workout.
She then returned to social media as Gorka videoed her tentatively getting herself into an ice bath the couple had installed at their family home, which they share with their three-year-old daughter, Mia. "Oh my god!" she exclaimed as she put both her feet and legs into the freezing water.
