Gemma Atkinson responds with empowering message after she's told Gorka Marquez will 'leave her'

Gemma Atkinson has hit back at comments left on her Instagram posts as she gives her fans a glimpse into her home workout routines. Fans of the Hits Radio host who follow her on social media will be used to seeing her posting about working out as well as other health and fitness matters.
And so things were no different last week a couple more snippets over her putting in the work on her mind and body in her and fiancé Gorka Marquez's very own gym at their Greater Manchester home. In one video, Gemma could be seen in her workout gear as she got to grips with a kettlebell.
She then moved on to lifting weights and taking time out on an exercise bike. She wrote alongside the post: "Never easy, but always worth it! Snippets from today's lower body session. Lighter than usual as I have a little knee niggle at the minute so I adapted to what was comfortable and safe and cracked on."

The 37-year-old then added: "Ps. How adorable is little Norman watching," referring to one of her beloved pet pooches who joined her. And Strictly Come Dancing star couldn't help but leave a cheeky message, writing: "Don’t know why but i can’t stop looking at your ," adding a peach emoji.
Fans were also quick to comment, asking Gemma about her routine, for tips and just generally applauding her efforts. @packsta74 said: "Your motivation is unreal!" @stottyl4 commented: "Go girl …wish I could work out like you!" @charchee21 added: "Love this but couldn't help looking at Norman."
