'Full House' star Jodie Sweetin marries Mescal Wasilewski in an intimate Malibu wedding ceremony

Full House alum Jodie Sweetin has experienced highs and lows over the course of 2022 so far, from getting engaged to her boyfriend Mescal Wasilewski to the loss of her Full House dad Bob Saget. Her engagement, which prompted messages of love from other stars, including her TV sister Candace Cameron Bure, evolved into something more permanent after some difficulties, as Sweetin and her fiancé tied the knot on July 30.

Australian news outlet Crikey reports that not only were people offended, but one attendee said “there was a bit of a gasp” after the comment. Another said, “It felt like he was expecting us to laugh along, but people in the room were obviously shocked by it.” A spokesperson for the company, which aired “Game of Thrones” in Australia, later apologized for Delany’s remark: “The Foxtel Group apologies if his remarks were misunderstood and caused any offense….

Jodie Sweetin may have physically missed her TV dad Bob Saget on her wedding day, but she sure felt his presence.

"Full House" actress Jodie Sweetin says she felt her late co-star Bob Saget’s presence at her wedding.  Sweetin, 40, married her longtime love, Mescal Wasilewski, in a romantic wedding ceremony at a private home in Malibu on July 30.  A few of her former castmates were in attendance, including Candace Cameron Bure and John Stamos, and Sweetin says Saget also made a special appearance.  The actress told E! Jodie Sweetin said, «I do,» to her longtime love, Mescal Wasilewski, over the weekend. According to, the  actress and Wasilewski — a clinical social worker — wed in a private ceremony at a home in Malibu, California.The couple were surrounded by Sweetin's two daughters, Beatrix, 11, and Zoie, 14, as well as other friends and family, and the 40-year-old actresses  castmates.
