Did you know that Reach is the UK's largest media family? With endless opportunities to help you climb the ladder for a better future, it's no wonder people like Guy Keeble stick around.
Reach is dedicated to helping employees achieve their career goals and become experts in their fields. It offers so much more than just a sales job.
Guy has been working at Reach for 17 years now and has had a whirlwind of a career. Starting out as a Telesales Executive he is now the Regional Sales Director for the North and North West.
In Guy's initial role, he worked for the Manchester Evening News and he was dealing with tradesmen and selling them classified ads. It was solely print back then.
"I started in telesales when I was 22 years old and 17 years later I have been given the opportunity to lead the whole region, I'm genuinely really proud of that and I certainly don't take that for granted", said Guy.
"To become the Regional Sales Director in the North and North West for brands such as the MEN and the Liverpool Echo, that's something that I'm really proud of.
"I've always been a massive advocate for the Manchester Evening News and more recently the Liverpool Echo, so to have been given the opportunity to lead both brands and the others that we have in the region, that's something that I see as a real honour.
"During my time here I've worked in a number of different roles and they're always developing but it brings on positive changes and makes us think differently and I find it a really exciting part of the job."
Although Guy has worked in a number of positions at Reach, the opportunities that he has been given have been incredible. He added: "I headed up the commercial project that we ran when Liverpool won the Champions
