WWE star Virgil has sadly revealed that he's been diagnosed with stage two colon cancer.The 59-year-old, real name Michael Jones, also asked fans for help with his medical bills as he "cannot afford" them.Contributing to his rising medical costs is the fact that, back in April, he revealed he had been diagnosed with early-onset dementia and had suffered two strokes.

Taking to Twitter yesterday (May 14) he shared a link to a PayPal fundraiser alongside the caption: "It’s really sh*tty right now.

To make things worse I now have stage 2 colon cancer."I am a fighter but need your help. I cannot afford any of the medical bills and would love your support.

Manson’s legal team had already successfully argued once before that Walters’ claims fell outside the statute of limitations, but she was given the opportunity to submit an amended complaint.In that amended filing, Walters said that, due to post-traumatic stress disorder, she had – until recently – suppressed her memories of what had happened to her while working for Manson.She had, said the lawsuit, been “unable to recall many of the physical and emotional abuses until the fall of 2020 when countless repressed memories flooded back to [her] after meeting numerous other victims of [Manson] and obtaining counselling from a mental health professional”.In California, where the case has been filed, the statute of limitations on sexual assault and harassment cases was three years, until 2020 when it was increased to ten years.However, according to Courthouse News, the judge overseeing the case, Michael Stern, said that the law change was not retroactive, meaning that Walters was still bound by the three year rule, requiring her to go legal within three years of the alleged abuse.

She had initially named Warner’s label, Marilyn Manson Records, Inc., as a co-defendant.Manson has denied all allegations levelled at him by Walters, claiming that she and other accusers were “cynically and dishonestly seeking to monetise and exploit the #MeToo movement” by launching a “coordinated attack against him”.“The plaintiff has pleaded too few facts and too late to keep this case in court,” Judge Michael Stern said.“Reading the first amended complaint as a whole, [Walters] pleads that [she] was aware of the actions against her by the time she left her employment.
