While he was initially pulled over for an expired registration tag on his car, according to Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon, officers then discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest.

Taser!” She fires the gun and hits Wright, shouting, “Holy shit, I just shot him.” His girlfriend was in the car, and was also injured during the shooting.
