Ferne McCann tries scream therapy with her best friend Carl Cunard on Wednesday's episode of First Time Mum. The reality star, 31, and her BFF, 31, head to the woods to let go of past blockages in their life and to remove any negative energy so it doesn't impact her new relationship with beau Lorri Haines.
Speaking prior to their scream therapy, Ferne says: "The screaming in the forest is something I've always wanted to do. "I mean, this new relationship that feels really big, colossal, I mean there's big changes in my life and I just want to let the past go! "I want to learn from the past and get rid of that negative energy. First things first, we need to suss out exactly what's holding us back from moving on." Ferne admits hers is "social media stalking", confessing that she has wasted so much time going through people's profiles, while Carl says his is the word "toxic".The duo then start screaming in the forest as Ferne jokes in a VT: "Now, we're not holding back.
We're really going for it!" It goes back to their screaming as Ferne yells: "He loves me!", adding: "This is a full body experience... a little bit of wee came out as well!" The reality star first went public with Lorri back in January this year as she shared a series of loved-up snaps of them together.
