A family have paid tribute to a 'cherished' dad-of-two who was found dead in Warrington.
The body of Adam Smith, from Great Sankey, was recovered at Fiddlers Ferry on Saturday, February 12 after police were searching for him for two weeks.
He was reported missing on Saturday, January 27 after he was last seen on Friends Lane, Cheshire Live reports.

Now, the 31-year-old's family have thanked the Warrington community for their support and stated they will miss Adam "with all of our being".
A statement from Adam's mum, Joanne and family read: “Adam was such a loving, happy, funny and at times mischievous child; growing up to become a very sociable young man. He loved to make people laugh with his great sense of humour, wit and was forever the joker.
"He loved to party, had many friends, but also had a passion for the great outdoors, most recently exploring Moel Famau. He was passionate about dogs and also took an interest in Motorcross."
The statement continued: "Adam adored his younger siblings, being the typical protective big brother over his sister Ellie and being more of a best mate to his little brother Alex, who would love to wind Adam up at times.
"Adam’s proudest achievement in life was becoming a dad to his two beautiful daughters Daisy and Alexa, whom he loved to spend time with and cherished with all of his heart.
"We will miss him with all of our being and not a day will pass where his presence isn’t missed. As a family we are distraught and would give anything to have him home with us where he belongs. Knowing he was so loved and cherished by all of his family and friends is a massive comfort.
