A family claim they have been stuck living in an 'igloo' house after their heating was turned off. Joseph Grady, 28, said his landlord turned off their heating and hot water and now he is unable to get it back on, reports the Echo.

"The kids can't really play or do anything because the house is too cold. We're sat under multiple layers, freezing.
"The past two nights I've had to sleep in a beanie hat, two hoodies, two pairs of pants and socks, which is very uncomfortable. I woke up yesterday morning and my lips were blue.
"The kids are freezing and we can't to anything to warm them. There's only so many blankets and jumpers you can put on."
The father alleges that he has been informed that an engineer will update him on the situation but he is still left in the dark. Joseph says he now doesn't know who to turn to to resolve the heating dilemma.
He added: "All I've been told is that an engineer will call us - but I've
