Evil Dead's Bruce Campbell hints at cameo in Marvel's Doctor Strange 2

WandaVision.Many viewers speculated that he might feature in the Disney+ show after Elizabeth Olsen teased a cameo crossover from the Marvel Cinematic Universe on par with Luke Skywalker in ‘The Mandalorian’. Olsen is due to appear alongside Cumberbatch in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.In the end, no such cameo was made by any major character from the MCU.Now, speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Cumberbatch addressed the no-show.

Evil Dead Rise is to begin filming this year, according to Bruce Campbell.The actor portrayed Ash Williams in the supernatural horror franchise – comprised of The Evil Dead (1981), Evil Dead II (1987) and Army Of Darkness (1992) – before reprising his role for a spin-off TV series called Ash vs Evil Dead (2015-18).It was announced last year that the next feature-length instalment was in the works, which will follow the 2013 reboot Evil Dead.

Bruce Campbell has revealed 'Evil Dead Rise' is set to start filming later this year. The 62-year-old actor - who made his name portraying Ash Williams in the original 1981 supernatural horror movie 'The Evil Dead' and its 1987 sequel - is serving as a producer on the upcoming movie and opened up on plans to shoot in New Zealand.

Marvel boss Kevin Feige has confirmed some news about Elizabeth Olsen and the future of WandaVision.

Despite the acclaimed success of WandaVision on Disney+, Marvel Boss Kevin Feige said today at his first TCA that some series will get second or third seasons, while others will hand off to a feature film. In the case of WandaVision season 2, Feige has no plans yet. Instead Feige said that season 1 of WandaVision will hand off straight to the upcoming MCU feature sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
