He is a highly anticipated character from Diana Gabaldon’s books, of which the Starz series is based on.William, the ninth Earl of Ellesmere, will enthusiastically arrive in Wilmington to join the British Army and help put an end to the escalation tensions in the American Colonies.

This time, it comes in the form of Richard Brown and his committee, who storm Fraser's Ridge to demand justice for the murdered Malva, with his sights set on arresting Claire (Caitriona Balfe).  After a tense showdown, Claire and Jamie (Sam Heughan) ultimately agree to go with the committee to a nearby town in order for Claire to stand trial — thanks, in part, to an unlikely ally they find in Tom Christie (Mark Lewis Jones), who vows to help keep Claire safe, even though the person she stands accused of murdering was his own daughter.

Outlander. It's an with romance and high stakes that culminates in a true cliffhanger. While it feels like season six just started airing—the shortened season began in March—the good news is that the cast has been filming season seven for a full month already.
