Emmerdale fans are in for a rollercoaster of emotions next week. Not only are Chas and Al caught in the act by Belle, but Faith's cancer diagnosis leads to increasingly devastating side effects and Amelia's pregnancy bombshell is soon to be dropped. Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) share time together at the hotel and - despite the fact the pair had agreed to a 'sex-only' affair - it’s clear their feelings are starting to run deep. However, they are brought back down to earth with a bump after Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) spots them kissing as they leave. As Belle confronts them, can Chas persuade her not to tell hubby Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt)? Meanwhile, Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) decides she wants one last party while she is still well enough to enjoy it.
But at the festivities at the Woolpack, there's awkwardness as she reads a speech. However, soon everyone relaxes as Faith begins to belt out her karaoke tunes. The party is in full swing but suddenly, everyone begins to panic when Faith collapses at the bar.
She’s rushed to hospital and her family are forced to wait anxiously for news. On the edge, Chas takes her frustrations out on Paddy. But she’s later devastated when they visit Faith and she says she can no longer see properly.
Fans have been watching Faith's scenes with sadness, knowing her time in the village will soon come to an upsetting end following her terminal diagnosis.
