Emmerdale will take a dramatic turn next week as pregnant Amelia Spencer makes the decision to runaway from the village. New ITV spoiler pictures tease that the week will have a happy beginning with Amelia (actress Daisy Campbell) feeling encouraged by Noah Dingle’s support and determination to stand by her, even though he's not the father of her baby.
When Amelia and Noah (Jack Downham) make their relationship official, most people are delighted but Amelia worries that Dan (Liam Fox) will never accept the relationship and it leads her to dramatically ask Noah to run away with her to London. There's heartbreak for Amelia though when Noah refuses and she decides to go through with her plan anyway. Elsewhere, Dan is horrified when vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) tells him Amelia's intention to leave, having overheard her conversation, Dan worries that she’s already gone when he sees a bus driving away from the village.
Actress Daisy has previously dropped hints on who the baby's father is and suggested it's someone viewers won't expect. The true identity of the father is not yet known, despite fans speculating it will be Heath Hope or Samson Dingle - or maybe it is Noah after all.
All we know for sure is the father is a teenager and that he's not really been around. Actress Daisy Campbell, 18, has revealed she's looking forward to filming the birth scenes which are rumoured to be coinciding with the dramatic 50th anniversary celebration episodes.
And Daisy has also dropped a bombshell over the paternity of her character's baby saying: "You’re going to know very soon. All I’ll say is I don’t think it’s someone people will expect." She added: "Me and Liam Fox, who plays Amelia’s dad Dan, actually came up with the idea
