Throughout that time Home Farm matriarch Kim had been convinced her son was alive as his body was never recovered, and her theory was confirmed to viewers following Andrea Tate's (played by Anna Nightingale) funeral. After the funeral it was decided that Millie (Willow Bell) would go and live with her grandmother Granny Hazel, played by newcomer to the ITV soap Kate Anthony, as Kim is busy with her business ventures.
