Emmerdale was full of drama on Tuesday's episode as vicar Charles Anderson finally found his missing and estranged daughter Naomi at a bar where she was working. And now Karene Peter, who plays Naomi, has teased what's next for her character and whether she will be a village regular on the hit ITV soap. Speaking at a recent press day with OK!, the actress said of Naomi: "So a little bit of an edge, I think she kind of is a little bit misunderstood, I'll say that.
"She may come across a bit misunderstood but I think as we get to know her, she has got many facets to her and I think we kind of meet her under not so great circumstances. "But I think throughout the story, she kind of redeems herself and you see different sides to Naomi, definitely." Asked whether she will become a village regular, Karene teased: "Ooh, I'll leave that with you! Just tune in and see...
maybe?" It comes as fans were quick to call out vicar Charles Anderson's blunder on Tuesday night as he finally found his missing and estranged daughter Naomi. Only recently, Charles went in search of his long-lost daughter and tonight he eventually tracked her down to a bar where she was working at. And things soon took a dramatic turn when Charles saw Naomi arguing with her boss to which he quickly stepped in and defended her, but ending up knocking her boss over in the tussle.
