Emmerdale star Daisy Campbell has revealed that she is "a little bit nervous but really excited" to film her character Amelia Spencer's birth scenes on the hit ITV soap. Only recently, fans were left floored as Amelia, who has confirmed that Noah Dingle is not the father, discovered that she's pregnant in a major twist on the hit ITV soap.
Talking about the storyline, actress Daisy admitted that this is something she's "always wanted" for her character and that she is "a little bit nervous but really excited" about filming.The actress, 19, said: "I've always wanted this storyline for Amelia, so I was over the moon for it." Talking about filming, she added: "I’m a little bit nervous but I’m really excited because I’ve done my prep and stuff so I know where to go with it. I think overall it’s really exciting.
"I’ve watched a lot of underage pregnancy birth videos. I’ve watched a lot of One Born Every Minute but more of the teen ones because I feel like that’s what my storyline’s created mostly around." Daisy added: "I hope she [Amelia] finds a bit of happiness.This will bring her happiness, but even in herself.
I'd like her to find happiness but some drama as well, because we all love a bit of drama."
