Emmerdale fans think they have figured out a new suspect after Nicola King was attacked on Tuesday's episode. Only recently, Nicola was mugged, beaten and left bloodied by a group of teenage girls as she attempted to make her way to her car so she could drive home after a night out with Laurel Thomas and Bernice Blackstock.
While on Wednesday's episode, it was revealed that the gang had recorded the sick attack and it had gone viral online with several villagers seeing the harrowing footage. During Thursday's episode, Nicola's daughter, Angelica King also known as "Angel", went to see her mum as she asked: "Have you found the girls that attacked you yet?" With Angel admitting: "I've seen the video..." Soap watchers were quick to question whether Angel was somehow involved in the attack or perhaps witnessed it take place.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Was Angel part of the group who attacked Nicola #Emmerdale." While a different account added: "Bet one of them girls in Emmerdale is Angel #emmerdale @emmerdale @ITV." It comes after eagle-eyed fans were quick to speculate over one of the attackers' identity earlier this week. After Nicola had been attacked, a mystery person wearing metallic trainers approached her as she begged: "Please...
no more." To which the person whispered: "I'm sorry" before running away to join her friends. Soap watchers now think that the mystery person could be someone in the village and Nicola will spot the trainers where she will be able to identify them - with some viewers even thinking it could be Chloe
