Once she had left, Gabby matched with a man called Chris, who she arranged to meet for a date later that evening. After leaving, Laurel then went to meet Kit for a secret liaison in the pirate ship, where the pair slept together.
She invited him over that evening, offering to sew his suit lining ahead of Marlon and Rhona's wedding, but he made an excuse he was meeting with friends and made a quick exit following their liaison. Viewers were horrified to then watch as Gabby went to meet her date in the car park, only to discover it was really Kit.
