Giovanna Fletcher has discussed being outnumbered by her three sons, all under the age of eight, and how she took mental health advice from presenter Emma Willis. The I'm A Celebrity. .

However Giovanna, 37, who next month celebrates her 10th wedding anniversary with Tom, says she's always she has never regretted parenthood. She told The Mirror: 'When I was pregnant for the third time with Max, and we found out that he was a boy, I was like, "Amazing". Not one part of me thought, "Oh what a shame".
'I feel really lucky to have three healthy boys and we've got a female cat called Leia, who is definitely on my side. ' But Giovanna, who was first inspired to create her podcast when she was 'really unhappy' and struggling being a first time mum, admits motherhood hasn't always been easy. She continued: 'I was really struggling with breastfeeding, and I can just remember Emma Willis saying to me, "You know, you don't have to do this.
You've got to remember that the most important thing is your mental health. Happy mum, happy baby". 'And that little phrase stuck with me' and later became the name of her famous Podcast.
The mum-of-three is now on her ninth podcast series and has had some celebrity famous parents feature on it. She continued: 'Davina McCall was so wise. And when Amanda Holden came on to talk about losing her son Theo, who was stillborn when she was seven months pregnant, that was just the most humbling experience.
