Emily Andre has been struck down with 'horrible' migraines in the wake of her online spat with husband Peter's ex wife Katie Price.
The NHS doctor has been involved in a high profile argument with the former glamour model over the past week.
Enjoying a break in Dubai recently, Emily hoped to recharge and come home feeling fresh.
But she was struck down with the excruciating headaches for the "first time in ages" and faced a torrent of abuse from Katie on social media instead.
Dr Emily explained: “A few days after getting back from Dubai, I had the first migraine I’ve had in ages. I’d almost forgotten how horrible having a migraine is!"
“They used to make me vomit and lose my vision in one eye, which was awful."
But the mum-of-two said she's found one thing over the years that has personally helped with her migraines.
Speaking in her Ok column she added: “I’ve tried all sorts of treatments in the past from my GP, but the thing I’ve found which has made such a difference for me, is having Botox across the top of my forehead. It’s not quite clear how it helps with migraines, but it can be given in the forehead, above the ears or even in the neck.”
It comes after Emily, who is step mum to Katie Price's two children Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, was confronted on Katie's Instagram Story last weekend which branded her a "disgusting person".
She also accused her of stopping Princess visiting her in rehab in a now-deleted social media post.
Katie wrote: “My mouth has been shut for so long but I’ve had enough of people selling stories on me and particularly this so called woman @dr_emily_official.
“Always said I don’t want to be famous yet doesn’t do too bad to stay away from media and TV and now trying to make a career out of it.
