Ellen Barkin‘s deposition in the Johnny Depp case has been unsealed and details have been made public.
The 68-year-old actress dated Johnny, 59, for a few months back in 1997 after they finished filming the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Ellen said that she had a platonic relationship with Johnny that eventually became sexual.

“He came on to me in the living room of my house, pulled me onto his lap and said something like, ‘Oh, come on Ellen,’ or whatever. I protested a little and then — not too much,” she stated (via Entertainment Tonight). “And that was that.”
Ellen was asked to clarify her remarks about how she “protested” and she said that she was not assaulted. Instead, “He gave me a Quaalude and asked me if I wanted to f–k.”
During their relationship, Ellen said she saw Johnny three or four times a week and that she was “always aware” that he drank too much. She said he “was drunk all of the time… [or] most of the time” and that he drank red wine.
“He’s a yeller. He is verbally abusive,” she said. “There was just a lot of yelling. A lot of yelling.”
Ellen claims that while she was in a Las Vegas hotel room with Johnny that he threw a bottle during a heated moment, though he didn’t throw it at her.
“He’s just a jealous man, controlling; ‘Where are you going? Who are you going what? What did you do last night?’ I had a scratch on my back that got him very, very angry because he insisted it came from me having sex with a person who wasn’t him,” she said.
Ellen left Johnny after that night in Vegas and never saw him again until they ran into each other at the Cannes Film Festival over a decade later. She said, “He called me from across the room. He brought me a glass of
