Love Actually star Martine McCutcheon has wowed fans with an unrecognisable throwback snap. 45 year old Martine took to her Instagram page on Tuesday to share the picture from her childhood modelling days with her followers.

Kim Medcalf made a welcome return to our TV screens in April, with the actress reprising the role of Sam Mitchell in EastEnders after 17 years.The 48 year old first starred on the soap as Sam back in 2001, when she took over from Danniella Westbrook, but she then left EastEnders in 2005. A gay sexual assault survivor was allegedly seduced by a police officer with the Sussex Police’s Sexual Offences Investigation Team, who asked him to share explicit photographs.The officer investigating the case “did a caring, empathetic interview,” with the man.“In the weeks that followed, he was just amazing,” the man said. “He got me.” Later on when the man logged onto Grindr, he noticed a blank profile, named “BiCurious39”,  and started a conversation.  As the conversation progressed he realised it was the officer investigating his rape case. The officer encouraged the man to send explicit photographs and the officer even told the man that sex with him would “help him heal and regain his sex drive.”Officer ChargedThe man became distressed and reported the officer to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).At the review hearing, the officer was charged with “gross misconduct” with the penalty being instant dismissal.According to the report, “As the officer had already been dismissed from the force for another, unrelated case, no further action was taken.

EastEnders actor Charlie Wernham tied the knot with his fiancee Emma Collis in a breathtaking Essex Ceremony on Saturday.The 27 year old soap actor, who plays racist thug Aaron Monroe on the BBC soap, said "I do" to beautiful bride Emma at the Gosfield Hall wedding venue in Essex. Former Hollyoaks star Charlie and Emma's gorgeous nuptials were captured by and shared guests on social media including Daisy Wood Davis, who appeared in Hollyoaks at the same time as Charlie when he played Robbie Roscoe on the soap. Daisy posted a video of the wedding guests cheering as newlyweds Charlie and Emma held hands and walked down a set of stairs, which were decorated with some elegant white flowers.

BBC soap bosses are set to tackle a new storyline where Ben (who's played by Max Bowden) is sexually assaulted by The Albert's new barman to tackle the sensitive issue of male rape.The upcoming storyline will begin airing later this Spring and will see fan favourite Ben become a victim of sexual assault by Lewis (played by Aidan O’Callaghan).

EastEnders star Clair Norris broke down in tears in a new documentary this week as she remembered being bullied for her weight when she was younger.The actress, known for playing Bernadette Taylor in the BBC soap, lead her first Panorama special on Wednesday as she discussed the UK’s obesity issue. As the conversation turned to bullying, Clair recalled the “name-calling” she faced during her childhood when she returned to her primary school in Thamesmead, though she didn’t remember the specific moments she was teased for weight. “This is probably where the name-calling would have happened, I don’t say it’s bullying that’s my own personal thing,” the 24 year old said.
