EastEnders star Charlie Brooks' daughter looked like the spitting image of her in a new pouting selfie.Teenager Kiki Brooks, 17, showed off her remarkable resemblance to her mother as she wore a black top and heart-shaped silver chain and sported tumbling blonde locks with glasses propped on her head for the selfie shared on her Instagram earlier this week. Her doting mum Charlie, known for playing one of EastEnders' most-feared and iconic villains Janine Butcher, commented: "So beautiful baby," alongside a purple heart emoji. Kiki's likeness to her soap star mother was evident, with one person writing underneath Charlie's comment: "She's defo your double isn't she." Charlie regularly dotes over her daughter online, and back in December shared photos of Kiki to mark her 17th birthday.The mum and daughter look like best friends in a series of snaps showing Kiki growing up.

EastEnders legend Adam Woodyatt has been spotted hard at work on a food stall as he continues to take a break from the BBC soap. The actor, who has just bagged a new presenter role, is currently on a hiatus from the soap after 36 years of playing Ian Beale. It's unknown when or if the star will return and reprise his role as Walford's busybody.  Adam could be seen wearing blue latex gloves while taking orders and serving food at Pub in the Park, a food festival in Wimbledon.

EastEnders actor Max Bowden has been seen allegedly leaving his co-star Shona McGarty's home as the pair are reportedly "inseparable" after Max's split from his pregnant lover. Max, 27, who plays Ben Mitchell, and Shona, 30, who plays Whitney Dean in the long-running soap, appear to have been growing a bond away from the screen. Max was seen leaving Whitney’s £650,000 home in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, on Wednesday morning in pictures obtained by The Sun.

EastEnders legend Adam Woodyatt, best known for his portrayal of Albert Square's Ian Beale, has put any plans of returning to the show in doubt after signing up for a new BBC show. The actor, 53, was among the original cast when the soap first aired and his tenure on the show made his the longest serving male cast member in the soap's history.  In 2013, Adam was honoured at the British Soap Awards for his time on the show with a Lifetime Achievement Award. However, in 2020 he announced he would be taking an extended break from EastEnders and during an appearance on Steph's Packed Lunch, he told the Teesside presenter he had "no plan" to go back.

The star, 24, who plays Bernadette Taylor in the hit BBC One soap, took to Instagram to share with her followers a glimpse of her "dreamy" trip. EastEnders is set for exciting scenes as Prince Charles and Camilla will guest star in a celebratory episode to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The Prince of Wales, 73, and Duchess of Cornwall, 74, will star as themselves and join Albert Square's residents with a street party to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.The specially shot scenes were filmed back on 31 March when Prince Charles and Camilla visited the set of EastEnders to meet the cast and crew of the long running drama.

Eastenders icon Adam Woodyatt revealed he could end up working with a different kind of soap after being offered a job in a local cafe. The 53-year-old Ian Beale actor said he wanted to help out his pal who runs a cafe in Cambridge and joked he'd probably end up washing the pots. Adam, a favourite on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here last year, told the Daily Star : "My friend Daniel Clifford has previously offered me a bit of time working in his kitchen at Midsummer House restaurant in Cambridge, so I might go and do that for a couple of weeks.

Ex-EastEnders star James Alexandrou made a return to showbiz 15 years after leaving Walford. James, 37, is best known for playing Martin Fowler on the long-running BBC soap from 1996 until 2007 when he left the soap. He has kept a relatively low profile since.The role of Martin is now portrayed by James Bye, who first landed in Walford in 2014.
