EastEnders is set for explosive scenes as Janine Butcher attempts to cover the truth about her car crash after she moved Linda Carter to make it look like she was driving in shock scenes. Only recently, the pair were involved in a horror car crash with Janine smashing into a tree after she lost control of the car after avoiding an oncoming lorry due to the duo arguing over their love interest Mick Carter, played by Danny Dyer. While on Tuesday's explosive episode, Janine, played by Charlie Brooks, moved a drunk Linda, played by Kellie Bright, to make it look like she was driving, which eagle-eyed fans had already predicted.

And now the hit BBC One soap has released new spoiler photos showing the moment Janine attempts to keep her secret safe, especially in front of Mick. The scenes, which will air on Wednesday 8 June, see Mick horrified to learn the extent of Linda’s injuries and realises just how serious this is whileJanine remains by his side.
Janine’s nerves hang by a thread and as Mick questions how Linda could drink and drive, Janine does her best to cover the truth that she was the one who was driving. As Mick reels from the update on Linda, Janine wonders if she can keep her secret safe… Teasing the upcoming scenes, Janine actress Charlie, 41, said of why her character moved Linda: "Panic. I think it’s panic, I think when she moves Linda, she’s doing whatever she can to not look guilty in this situation.
