EastEnders star Sid Owen has become a dad for the first time after his fiancée Victoria Shore gave birth on Sunday 23 January. Sid, 49, and Victoria revealed the exciting news that they were expecting in September 2021, just weeks after the actor popped the question to Victoria. Announcing the news of their baby's arrival, Sid took to Instagram where he shared a photo of him and Victoria in hospital.The new dad was dressed in PPE, while Victoria beamed in a hospital gown as Sid kissed her cheek.
He captioned the snap: "Been a long a day. But. Can I say.
I love you Victoria.Thank you for our baby". People have been quick to congratulate the new dad and his wife-to-be, with Dean Gaffney leading the comments. He wrote: "Congrats brother," followed by a red heart emoji.
Kelly Hoppen added: "Congratulations we are so happy for you both xxxx", while Patsy Palmer said: "Congratulations to you all". Daniella Westbrook also revelled in the pair's happy news. She penned: "Congratulations daddy and well done Victoria".
