EastEnders star Shona McGarty has become "inseparable" from her co-star Max Bowden, according to reports. Max became single earlier this year after splitting with his ex Roisin Buckle, who has since revealed she is pregnant with his child.The pair are committed to staying on good terms for the sake of their new arrival. Shona has been single since splitting from her electrician fiancé Ryan Harris in January 2020.
And insiders have now claimed that 30 year old Shona, who plays Whitney Dean in the popular soap, looked "smitten" with Max as they attended a country music festival at London's O2 in March. A source told The Sun: "Max and Shona are mad for each other.They have been spending quality time together for a while now. "Max and Shona's friendship is more enthralling than an EastEnders' plotline." It was also added to the publication that the pair are "never apart" on BBC's EastEnders set.
However, another source told the publication that Shona and Max aren't "officially dating". "Shona has been a great support for Max over the last couple of months and been a shoulder for him to cry on," they said.
