EastEnders fans 'rumble' Christmas death after brutal prison attack

EastEnders actress Vicki Michelle has teased a number of Christmas death clues that are "red herrings." Vicki has played Jo Cotton on and off throughout this year, and she has hinted the show bosses may be throwing viewers on the wrong track with some of the recent clues ahead of a huge festive season on the Square. Fans have been picking up on a whole host of clues recently, from champagne bottles to outfits and everything in between. As a result, they are convinced they know the identity of the man who meets his end on Christmas day, while most of the cast remain in the dark.

EastEnders fans think they have spotted the Christmas "murder weapon" after the Beale and Knight families went to war on Thursday night. While the weapon in question certainly won't be the one that is used during the festive episode, it is almost identical to the one that can be seen in the flash forward episode, which aired back in February.The item that eagle-eyed viewers spotted is a champagne bottle, which George Knight handed over to Ian and Cindy Beale on Thursday, 28 September.

She received the request after a catfish had pretended to be her and sent flirty messages to Billy Mitchell, after which they then impersonated Bradley to further torment her.
