Cyclist Alan Young raced past his original target to raise more than £2,000 for charity by taking up the Etape Caledonia cycling challenge.
Alan, regional sales director at Lochmaben’s Russell Roof Tiles, cycled 85 miles around the hills of Pitlochry, for the Beatson Cancer Charity.
Beatson is a small charity based in Glasgow that provides support to families and patients.
It is one close to Alan’s heart, as they supported his own family when they lost his father to cancer, 23 years ago.
