A drug addicted grandad who was desperate for help killed himself after being discharged by mental health services, an inquest heard.
Steven Myers, 49, from Wythenshawe, was found dead in room 222 at The Amblehurst Hotel in Sale on December 2 last year.
Addicted to heroin and crack cocaine, he locked himself in his room and then took an overdose.
Previously homeless, he had been living in the 'chaotic' temporary hotel
