Kate Garraway has revealed she hasn't been able to see husband Derek for two months as he continues his agonising battle with coronavirus in hospital. The broadcaster, who recently clashed with Dominic Raab live on air, admitted that because of the latest in lockdown in the UK, she's unfortunately not been able to see Derek face-to-face.The 53 year old made the revelation while interviewing boxer Frank Bruno with co-host Ben Shepherd on Friday's instalment of Good Morning Britain.
At just 13-years-old, a teenage Drew Barrymore spent a year and a half at Van Nuys Psychiatric for what she described as “out of control” behavior in a new interview on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show. Drew, who explained her actions as “channeling my inner-riot girl,” was institutionalized by her own mother, Jaid Barrymore — which strained their relationship into her adult life.
Drew Barrymore and her mother, Jaid Barrymore, have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years, but they are on better terms now that the actress understands Jaid always meant well.
She may be the next Ellen DeGeneres, taking over daytime TV with her charisma and kindheartedness, but Drew Barrymore’s path to success hasn’t been easy. In a new episode of Howard Stern’s show, the former child star opened up about her troubled past and reflected on the traumatic (though life changing) year and half she spent in a “full psychiatric ward.”
Steven Spielberg was one of the many surprise guests on Drew Barrymore‘s birthday special, airing today.
