In the quick clip, Barrymore takes fans on a walkthrough her bedroom inside her New York City home, showing off an office filled with boxes and papers littered on her desk, to an unmade bed, shoes on the floor, items taken out of her drawers, what looks like an  script near her bed and a bathroom filled with beauty products.«Show me your room before and after you clean it...,» the video prompts. «I'll go first,» the text reads beforethe visibly stressed host shows off the cluttered space.
