Downton Abbey's Elizabeth McGovern makes rare comment about ex-fiancé Sean Penn

Royal party time! Queen Elizabeth is gearing up for her big 70th Accession Day on Sunday (January 6) by celebrating a little early! In her first outing of 2022, the Queen, who will make history as the first British monarch to mark a Platinum Jubilee with 70 years on the throne, threw a special reception on Saturday (January 7) at the Sandringham House ballroom. Among the guests were family, representatives of local charities and members of the Women’s Institute, which the Queen has been involved with since 1943.

Davina McCall is currently loved up with her hairdresser boyfriend Michael Douglas. The 54-year-old is believed to have been dating the coiffeur to the stars for two years, however, decided to keep their relationship private. Davina previously told how she and Michael, 47, who works as a celebrity stylist, have an agreement to not publicly discuss their relationship.

Blanket Jackson, who prefers to go by “Bigi”, joined his older siblings, Prince Jackson and Paris Jackson, in New York City on Feb. 1. The trio attended opening night of MJ: The Musical, which is a show dedicated to their dad, Michael Jackson, who died in 2009. Prince and Paris showed up in official capacity, walking the red carpet along with other celebrities before the show. Bigi was also there, but kept a lower profile. He was photographed outside the theater with his siblings after the play, though.

Sean Penn is getting a lot of attention for comments he made yesterday in the Independent while promoting his latest film, Flag Day.

Downton Abbey: A New Era is being postponed and has a new release date.

Naman Ramachandran Keenly anticipated film sequel “Downton Abbey: A New Era” has shifted its release dates forward.Focus Features, Universal Pictures International and Carnival Films revealed on Wednesday that the film, previously dated for March 18, 2022, will now release in U.K. cinemas on Apr. 29 and in the U.S.

People that Lady Mary continues to run Downton as the mother of the next Earl of Grantham.“As we know from the last film, Mary may not be the titular head of the household, but she is effectively running the show. We take that further,” Fellowes said.

Downton Abbey: A New Era is a movie that could truly bring older adults back to cinemas, and Focus Features, Universal International and Carnival Films are going to put the title in the best place possible in hopes that Covid eases. The companies have moved the sequel from its original March 18 release date to May 20 in the U.S. and April 29 in the UK.
