DIY SOS star Nick Knowles breaks down in tears over incredible transformation

BBC One's Saturday Kitchen on Saturday, Knowles said he intended to lose three stone by giving up beer and wine. This is not the first time he has been on a health kick. In 2014, the TV star had a health scare that prompted him to drastically rethink how he was living his life.

DIY SOS returned to screens last month, with frontman Nick Knowles and his team transforming the homes and lives of families across Britain. And fans of the TV presenter will be pleased to know that Nick is making two TV appearances this week, as he is also a guest on BBC One's Saturday Kitchen with Matt Tebbutt.

Alongside the help of many others who were at the BBC display at the Chelsea Hospital, Ainsley helped pull the woman out. The woman, whose name has not been revealed, was then treated by paramedics.
