A Scots woman has been reported missing as police launch a probe to find her.
Ruth Watt, aged 51, was last seen leaving an address at Mackie Avenue in the Tarves area of Ellon, Aberdeenshire.
She had been spotted there at around 9.30am on Tuesday, May 31.
Ruth is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build with shoulder length, light brown hair.
The 51-year-old also has a cross bracelet tattooed on her left wrist.
She was wearing a black puffy jacket and black and white chequered trousers at the time of her disappearance.
Ruth has links throughout Ellon and the wider Aberdeenshire area.
She is believed to be driving a blue Suzuki Ignis car registration SV22 WSL.
Anyone who has seen Ruth or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland.
