Bowel babe Dame Deborah James admitted she cried after a stunning rose was named in honour of her to help raise money for her charity fund.The 40 year old revealed the news on her Instagram page saying she was "honoured" to have the Dame Deborah James Rose named after her. Dame Deborah was presented with a stunning bouquet of her new rose by the team at The Harkness Rose Company.They will be introducing the new flower at their stand at Chelsea Flower Show next week.

"I actually cried when they asked me if they could name a rose after me.The new rose is available to pre-order now for delivery in Autumn 2022. "Even better £2.50 for the sale of each rose will be paid to the @Bowellbabefund.There is of course a limited supply of rose plants for sale.
I just can't wait for the family to plant them everywhere this autumn." Dame Debs says she hopes one day her daughter Eloise, 12, will have the white and pale pink flower at the heart of her wedding bouquet. She wrote: "What breaks my heart and brings me the most beautiful thought, is that this variety will and can now be grown forever, and maybe one day even Eloise might choose to have it in her wedding bouquet." For every rose sold, £2.50 will be donated to the BowelBabe Fund, which has raised a staggering £64 million in just over a week - £7.5million if you count Gift Aid.
