Deborah James announces new book but is 'gutted' she won't see its release

Deborah James has revealed that she has written a new book but heartbreakingly shared she felt "gutted" she won't be around to see it be released. The inspiring 40 year old has been battling stage four bowel cancer after being diagnosed with stage three in December 2016 and gave the tragic update last week that she is receiving end-of-life hospice care at home. Deborah has brought much awareness to the disease as she has accounted her battle on social media and told her followers on Tuesday she’ll continue to share her perspective on dealing with life’s struggles in upcoming book Live When You Could Be Dead.
Sadly though, the BBC podcaster shared that she wouldn’t be around to see its release, which is set for 18 August. Deborah posed alongside her book in an Instagram photo and told her followers in the caption: “I wrote another book!! So, I’ve got a few things to share with you before I die that I’m gutted I won’t see in real life!
