Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large “The Rescue” filmmakers and Oscar winners Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin are among the presenters set to appear at the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ 43rd Annual News & Documentary Emmy Awards.  The news ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 28 at 7:30 p.m. ET and the documentary ceremony takes place Thursday, September 29 at 7:30 p.m. ET, both at the Palladium Times Square in New York City. Presenters set to appear at the news ceremony include Linsey Davis (ABC News), Margaret Brennan (CBS News), Omar Jimenez (CNN), Morgan Radford (NBC News), Julio Vaqueiro (Noticias Telemundo), Teresa Rodrigues (Univision) and Paola Ramos (Vice News).

Off-screen, NBC’s Kenan Thompson hosted broadcast of television’s big night had to contend with the awkward reality of a match-up with Monday Night Football’s season debut on ABC and ESPN.

The singer, actress, and businesswoman gave the 2022 Emmys audience a good laugh after cracking several puns that involved her Only Murders in the Building cast members and even paparazzi. During the 74th ceremony, Gomez presented the award for Outstanding Variety Talk Series (See the complete list of winners at the 2022 Emmys here), but before announcing the winner, she poked fun at Steve Martin.

The winners of this year's Emmy Awards, the most prestigious honours in television, have been announced. Succession, Ted Lasso, The White Lotus and Squid Game are among the shows that walked away with top awards.

Zendaya set the tone for last night's Emmy Awards. Not only did she make history as the youngest-ever recipient of not one but two awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, but her ball gown, a swooshing and strapless number from Valentino, lent towards Old Hollywood. The best of the 2021-2022 TV season has been revealed, first during the 74th Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which were handed on Sept. 3 and 4, before being followed by the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards hosted by Kenan Thompson on Sept. 12.

Issa Rae took over the red carpet in a chic black and white dress at the 2022 Emmy Awards on Monday night (September 12) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

A Star Is Born Campaign. Issa Rae, who is for the Emmy for in a comedy series for her performance in the last season of her HBO comedy Insecure served in a black and white gown with a dramatic keyhole cutout.The Insecure creator also debuted a sharp, copper-toned bob that hit just above the shoulders. Television’s biggest night is here as the 74th Emmy Awards will be unveiled tonight in downtown Los Angeles, hosted by “Saturday Night Live” cast member Kenan Thompson, and airing live on NBC and streaming on Peacock.
