Dawn French has revealed that her doctors feared she had a brain tumour as she was suffering horrific vertigo symptoms at one stage that were so bad she could barely continue through her shows on tour.The hugely-popular comic has been enjoying going on tour over the last few years, and even has another one planned for later this year. But behind the scenes, audience-goers never realised just what the Vicar of Dibley actress was battling.
Dawn, 64, who recently showed off her fabulous new grey hair, was diagnosed with her condition during her 30 Million Minutes tour back in 2014, but before medical professionals could finally discover what was wrong, she was feeling like her head was "collapsing inwards". At one point, she even needed help from crew and a stick on stage to prevent her from falling over.
