Danniella Westbrook has revealed she visited a "spiritual goddess" in order to help deal with inner traumas and to help deal with anxiety. The former EastEnders star took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of the spiritual techniques the "goddess" encouraged her to do.
Alongside a video of soothing lit candles and a yoga mat, Danniella wrote: "So looking forward to my second spiritual sound treatment today. "I found the first one so energising the feeling after was also amazing.
It was like a weight was being lifted from me that I couldn’t shift myself…" Dannielle continued: "I’ve worked so much on my inner child the last few months and I feel this treatment is helping me release traumas I still subconsciously hold on to which causes me anxiety and self loathing. The TV star's post to her 81,000 followers included the spiritual process by the goddess too, as Danielle took part in "a meditation to help calm the mind, we then went into some breath work". Actress Danniella added: "There are many different breath work techniques and each one has the unique purpose and effect on the body.
"I chose to do Chakra breathing as I find it important to bring awareness to the Chakras in order to awaken the energy within the help centre and connect the mind with body", the spiritual post read. Danniella has also recently discussed her physical appearance and how her cosmetic surgery will be a tough process to undergo and will "take a toll on her."
